A delightful stay with Tom's tips
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the heart of Kinsale, making it easy to explore the local shops and restaurants. Tom's hospitality was exceptional. he provided great advice on where to eat and what to see. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a lovely selection that fueled us for our adventures. Waking up to the aroma of perfectly cooked breakfasts set a wonderful tone for our day.
While our overall experience was enjoyable, the room's en suite was a bit small and could benefit from an update. The shower had some wear and tear, with signs of age that detracted somewhat from the otherwise cozy atmosphere. The staircase leading up to our room was narrow, which might be challenging for those with mobility issues.

i thought i would be pampered, but my room's en suite was shockingly small, almost comical. the shower was decent though, unlike the outdated decor that woudl ve been charming once. parking was an 'adventure' to say the least. i really expected better treatment for my stay, but guess that was too much to ask. absoluteley disappointing!

10/10
Location’s wicked prime, right near all the action. Tom, the host, was the best—helpful with tips on the area and made breakfast a treat. The room was cozy, and I loved that it was decorated with art. The only bummer? The towels coulda been bigger, but that’s minor.

The location was excellent. just a short stroll from vibrant shops and eateries. The breakfast was delightful, particularly the freshly baked pastries. The ambiance was warm, filled with charming art and even grand pianos.
The en suite was a bit cramped, and some updates would enhance the overall experience.
